Rules

ANYONE ENTERING THE PROPERTY MUST SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PARK; IF YOU FAIL TO SIGN A PROPER WAIVER YOU ARE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING. ENTER AND RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

1. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who shall sign the
      waiver of liability for the minor. Please be prepared to show proper identification at the gate. If
      proper identification is not presented or adequate, you will not be allowed to enter the park.

2.   Absolutely NO RACING ON ROADS! SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH ON ALL ROADS!!

3.   RIDE UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES!!

4.   CHILDREN HAVE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AT ALL TIMES.

5.   We strongly suggest that children under the age of 18 not ride the trails without a parent or legal
      guardian. When riding on the track or trails, CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AND
      BE UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION OF: (1) A PARENT OR GUARDIAN; (2) AN ADULT WHO IS AUTHORIZED BY
      THE CHILD'S PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

6.   We strongly recommend all riders wear proper gear while riding and not riding alone.
      Parents/Guardians are responsible for insuring minors are wearing proper gear. Proper gear includes,
      but not limited to: helmet; long pants; long sleeve shirt; riding goggles; motocross boots; chest
      protector; kidney belt; knee pads or knee braces. ALL MINORS MUST WEAR A HELMET
      WHILE RIDING – THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!

7.   If you or your child breaks down on the trails or track, please move out of the way as soon as safely possible. If you need to
      assist someone, please do not stop your motorcycle or ATV on the track or trail, safely stop to the side and out of the line of
      traffic to help.
8.   No off-road driving. Vehicles are only allowed on roads and designated parking areas.
9.   No riding outside the park or on public roads or tank dams.
10. No glass containers.
11. No alcohol or illegal drugs on the premises.
12. No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
13. No fireworks.
14. No open fires; no fires beyond designated camping areas or during a burn ban. Do not relocate fire pits for any reason.
15. No littering, this includes cigarette butts.
16. All litter shall be disposed of in proper waste receptacles. Any oil or combustible liquid and items
       of the like should be collected in a container and taken with you. Please do not pour any of these
       liquids on the property or place in trash receptacles.
17. No firearms of any kind will be allowed in the park.
18. No disruptive behavior. No loud music, noise, bikes or ATVs and no riding before 8:00 am or after dark.
19. No hunting or harassing wildlife or livestock.
20. All pets are to be on a leash or properly restrained at all times and no barking dogs.
21. At no time are riders or guests allowed to cut trees whether dead or alive, make their own trails, or
       remove or cut brush anywhere in the park.
22. Do not remove or relocate any signage. Please notify staff if signs have been moved or have fallen down.
23. Cross the creek at designated crossings only. Do not attempt to go down unmarked areas of the creek.
24. Tracks are one way and clearly marked as such. Do not go the “wrong” way on a designated track.
25. All riders and guests must comply with any requests by a staff member as pertains to the set rules of the park.
26. Stay on marked trails and roads as hazards could be present in unmarked areas and obey all posted signs; they are there for a
       reason.
27. Please utilize portable restrooms.
28. Travel trailers are welcome; however, we ask that you dispose of grey/black water off premises.
29. No swimming in ponds or riding around pond banks/dams.
30. Land surrounding the park is privately owned. We ask that you respect these land owners and
       protect your riding privileges.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF RIDING PRIVILEGES FOR THE DAY AND CONTINUED VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BANNING FROM THE PARK.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING THE RULES WITH THEIR MINOR(S).

JUST FOR KIDS CYCLE PARK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE TO ANYONE AND DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

EFFORTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO MAKE JUST FOR KIDS CYCLE PARK A SAFE RIDING AREA; HOWEVER, NATURAL FORCES MAY CREATE UNKNOWN HAZARDS. ENTER AND RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
